MG Midget 1275cc H Reg 1970 Heritage Shell

I’m sure many of you reading this have fond memories of having owned or driven an MG Midget or Sprite back in the good old days. Almost as much as an icon as the humble Mini, but then the need for a more spacious form of transport came along and sadly that sweet little sports car had to go but was never really forgotten.

So here once again is your chance to relive those fond memories in our super little 1275cc MG Midget- in our view the best of the A series power plants for this size of car. Having had the replacement body shell fitted there are no rust issues to worry about . We understand that a lot of suspension parts have been replaced and the brakes upgraded with servo- assisted system. New Minilite wheels and tyres fitted. Engine with good oil pressure and more recent unleaded head fitted. Upholstery and interior items replaced where required along with new carpets to complete the picture.

The exterior coachwork is superb in fact so shiny you could literally shave in the reflection. Excellent chrome all round just as the photos depict, and has the added benefit of electronic ignition and inertia -reel -seatbelts installed.
