1952 MG TD

A really nice example of the ever-popular and very useable MG TD, well-finished in ivory with green leathercloth interior and black canvas hood. The car has obviously had thousands of pounds spent on it over the years and is in excellent condition all round. The underside of the body is extremely clean and tidy, the structure is excellent, as is the bodywork with well fitting panels, including the doors. At the time of restoration, the car was given a quality repaint, complete re-trim in and out, rebuild of the mechanics, and the wheels were stove enamelled. The tyres are nearly new. The XPAG engine is a replacement unit, more than likely an MG factory unit. The car has also been rewired and the under-bonnet area is nicely finished. A stainless steel exhaust has been fitted. The car is a pleasure to drive – a good starter, runs well, plenty of performance and the added bonus of a 5-speed gearbox. Comes with full set of black canvas side screens in good condition and half tonneau, V5C and file of old MOTs. Even the ‘low petrol’ light works! This lovely car is keenly priced so don’t miss it.
